Sliman Mukarker

Sliman Mukarker, born in Bethlehem in 1994, is a Palestinian filmmaker and cultural manager working across audiovisual training, production, and festival management. He began his media journey in 2007 as a young TV presenter, later studying filmmaking at Dar Al-Kalima University and cultural management at Al-Hara Performing Arts Training Center. In 2012, he co-founded Power Group with the late Nabil Hammouz—a youth-led initiative that uses visual arts, media, and culture as tools for expression and social impact. He has been managing several festivals and public programs that bring artistic experiences into community spaces and support youth participation in cultural life.
