Sazia Afrin

Sazia brings over nine years of experience in strategic communications, media relations, content production, digital communications, and development advocacy. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Mass Communication and Journalism from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Before Synergos, she held key communication roles at CARE Bangladesh and Save the Children, leading strategic communications, content development, campaign visibility, media engagement, and event communications. Sazia began her career in mainstream journalism, which shaped her storytelling skills and understanding of public discourse. She is passionate about translating complex programs into compelling narratives by using communication tools to drive social change.
