Jamie Webb

Managing Director, Global Philanthropists Circle

Jamie Webb is a seasoned philanthropy, nonprofit and network leader with extensive global experience advising high-net-worth families, foundations, networks, and charities on strategy, impact, and effectiveness. He specializes in working with families that run operating foundations or nonprofit ventures as well as traditional grant-making.

He currently serves as Managing Director of the Synergos Global Philanthropists Circle (GPC) — a global network of philanthropic families committed to systemic change. In this role, he leads a team of philanthropy professionals focused on strengthening member engagement, growing the network, and catalyzing collaborative action across borders and generations.

Academically, Jamie holds a BA (Hons) in International Relations from Staffordshire University, UK, a MSc in Philanthropy, Grantmaking, and Social Investment at Bayes Business School, City St. George’s University of London and is furthering his professional development through the Harvard Kennedy School Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership.

Over the past 20 years, he has worked across the philanthropy ecosystem — designing funding strategies, building networks, advising family foundations, and guiding donors toward aligned and effective giving.

Earlier in his career, Jamie held senior roles with leading charitable organizations including The Prince’s Trust, the Elton John AIDS Foundation, and Help for Heroes. He has also served on several nonprofit boards, bringing strategic and governance expertise to causes focused on international development, military veterans, and the naval community.
