Kate Tull is Office Manager, based in Synergos’ New York office. She joined the organization in September 2025.
Kate brings over a decade of experience in office management, operations, and customer service, with a strong background in mission-driven work across the arts, social justice, spirituality, and even children’s gymnastics. Prior to joining Synergos, she served as Office Manager at Industry Gymnastics, where she successfully managed the front office through a transition in ownership and the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Her responsibilities included event planning, inventory supply maintenance, website updates, and providing customer service to hundreds of families.
Kate’s earlier roles also included writing blogs and articles for client websites and managing multi-platform social media campaigns. Her work is deeply rooted in values of fairness, justice, and clear communication.
