Ilir Lita

Philanthropy Partner

Ilir Lita brings nearly a decade of nonprofit experience to his role as a Philanthropy Partner at Synergos, where he manages relationships and delivers programs for the Global Philanthropists Circle, a network of leading philanthropic families and individuals founded by Peggy Dulany and David Rockefeller Sr.

Before joining Synergos, he served as the Director of Programs at the Mayor’s Fund for Los Angeles and was the Director of Client Engagement at The Artemis Agency. Ilir’s prior experience also includes roles in creative development at DreamWorks Pictures and Warner Bros. Entertainment, as well as product development at Google. He currently serves on the Advisory Committee for the L.A. chapter of Emerging Practitioners in Philanthropy and has served on the Board of Governors for the University of Southern California and as Co-Chair of Avant-Garde at Los Angeles County Museum of Art.

Ilir holds a B.A. in Communication and Media studies and a Master’s in Professional Writing both from the University of Southern California. As the son of refugees and a first-generation college student, he is committed to the equitable development of communities globally.
