Next Generation

The Rising Leaders Collaborative Community is a space to inspire and initiate collective action among the next generation of change agents. There is no other demographic expected to have more capital in the future than inheritors. This Collaborative Community will harness the passion, and collective resources of inheritors and proximate leaders, combined with a level of ambition and urgency, to build a more just world.

The Rising Leaders Collaborative Community is a partnership between Synergos and Generation Pledge. Founded by Global Philanthropy Circle Member Mariane Feffer, Generation Pledge has deep expertise working with the target group and extensive experience creating communities of change. Together, this Collaborative Community will develop relationships based on trust, deep learning, diverse perspectives, and experiences in order to articulate shared goals and formulate concrete action.
