The 2015 edition of CSI Perspectives contains a case study of Synergos’ LINC network, which is made up of close to 100 leaders in South Africa’s children’s sector - from government, business, civil society and donor agencies - who are committed to better serving children.
The case study describes the origins of LINC, its approach to personal development for LINC Fellows, and how it fosters collaboration. It concludes stating “The LINC network and approach continues to have value within the children’s sector and may serve as a model for promoting collaboration among government, business and civil society to address other critical issues and sectors in South Africa.”
