Marwan Awartani is Minister for Education and Higher Education of the Palestinian Authority. He is a professor at al-Quds University and president of the Palestine Technical University. Prof. Awartani has served as the Secretary General of the Universal Education Foundation and was previously a professor of mathematics at Birzeit University.
