Some of the key real estate and hospitality projects include: Emirates Financial Towers, a commercial building in the heart of DIFC (Dubai International Financial Centre) which is featured in the Guinness Book of World Records for having the world’;s largest robotic parking facility; The D1 Tower, a high-rise premium residential tower ranked in the top ten most impressive architectural in the world by the Emporis Skyscraper Award; Capital Club, a private members-only business club, awarded by CNN and with existence in Dubai, Bahrain and Nairobi; the Palazzo Versace Hotel in Dubai, which has received accolades such as the World Luxury Hotel Awards 2016, Middle East Hotel Awards Best New Hotel 2016, and Preferred Hotels And Resorts 2016 Awards Of Excellence, amongst other awards that include hospitality as well as F&B. Raza has been a philanthropist since a very young age. He is focused on sustainable economic development as identified in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Goal 8, which includes Ending Modern Day Slavery; Decoupling the Economic Development from Environmental Degradation (Triple Bottom Line); Protect Labour Rights, Secure Working and Living Environment for All Workers Men, Woman and Migrant Workers; Substantially Reduce Youth Unemployment by Job Creation and Education for Employment.
Raza, along with Monsignor Sanchez from the Vatican and Lord Bishop Alastair of the Church of England founded, Global Sustainability Network (GSN), a network established with a focus to achieve SDG Goal 8 by 2030. Collaboration is the foundation of this platform. GSN has been created for sectors such as Faith, Governments, Business, Media and Non-Profits to create and collaborate to achieve Goal 8 by 2030.
GSN conducted meetings throughout 2016 at the Lambeth Palace, the Vatican, the United Nations and in Dubai Expo 2020. These events were attended and included active participation of over 300 Global Change Makers & thought leaders from across the world to form its strategy to achieve Goal 8.
Raza continues to support all major initiatives that are aligned with GSN looking for venues of collaboration.
