Aloukik Rana is an Associate with the Global Philanthropist Circle (GPC) at Synergos. In this role, he focuses on identifying high-net-worth individuals who share Synergos’ mission of combatting poverty, social injustice, and climate change.
Before joining Synergos, Aloukik worked at the Aspen Institute, where he supported the Institute's Leadership Division with fundraising and mission-aligned donor research. His dedication to international development is demonstrated by his previous position at Management Systems International (MSI), where he assisted the business development team with proposal research and recruitment on projects funded by multilateral donors like USAID. Aloukik is originally from Nepal and dedicates his free time to fundraising for an all-girls Nepali non-profit, Bahini Education Project. He holds a B.S. in International Studies and an M.A. in International Affairs from Washington University in Saint Louis (U.S.A).
