Abstract
This is a presentation to the Canadian School of Public Service Advanced Leadership Course. It gives an overview of the concept of bridging leadership and of Theory U, which provides an understanding of a way to build multi-stakeholder partnerships. The creation of the Partnership for Child Nutrition in India is discussed as an example.
