What is Bridging Leadership?
2004

Bridging leadership is a style of leadership that focuses on creating and sustaining effective working relationships among key partners and stakeholders. By "bridging" different perspectives and opinions often found across the breadth of different stakeholders, a common agenda can begin to be developed and shared in order to find solutions to social and economic problems.

Synergos has created this virtual Bridging Leadership Resource Center (BLRC).

The BLRC consist of two distinct learning instruments that are useful as stand alones and, because they complement each other, can be used in tandem. The Bridging Leadership Case Studies are actual case studies about leaders from around the world bridging leadership. An overview paper introduces and analyzes the studies. The Bridging Leadership Seminar Training Materials are used to facilitate bridging leadership seminars. The materials, which include training notes, allow participants to learn the concepts involved and the skills necessary for effective collaborations.
