Wanda Engel Aduan

Wanda Engel Aduan is Executive Superintendent of Instituto Unibanco

She is the former Secretary of State for Social Assistance in Brazil, the National Coordinator of Projeto Alvorada (a National Project to fight against poverty in Brazil), and founder of Projeto Roda Viva, a non-governmental organization based in Rio de Janeiro that works as a voice for the defense rights of children and adolescents in Brazil. She was also a professor of education and a member of the National Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents. She was the Coordinator of the Environmental Education Group of the Global Forum for the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development.
