Mohamed Kadry co-founded Waseela more than eight years ago as a comprehensive civic participation organization dedicated to engaging youth as they develop the skills needed to become leaders in their communities. Waseela works with a network of organizations and youth initiatives, connecting skilled community development professionals and volunteers with the projects that best fit their skills. This is achieved through an array of services, including training workshops, career counselling, and employment and volunteer fairs.
Secondly, Waseela takes a highly innovative approach to advocacy efforts for ideas and policy proposals targeting equitable social development.
