Toby Fox serves as the Manager, Philanthropy North America, providing support on key relationship management, cultivation, and program delivery of Synergos’ Global Philanthropists Circle (GPC) network, a community of leading philanthropic families and social investors using their time, influence, and resources to fight poverty and social injustice in their own countries and around the world.
Toby is a seasoned philanthropic professional with 20 years of fund development, corporate social responsibility, and community outreach experience in both the business and nonprofit sectors. During her career she has worked with corporations, foundations, donors, and nonprofits devising strategies that address STEM education, leadership development opportunities for girls, food insecurity, and issues of homelessness and affordable housing. She is driven by a belief that professional work should create positive social change, as we are all philanthropists.
Toby received a Master of Arts degree in Philanthropic Studies and a Master of Public Affairs with an emphasis on Nonprofit Management from Indiana University - Purdue University in Indianapolis. She previously received a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies and Political Science from DePauw University. She resides in Phoenix, AZ with her family.
