Abstract
In these remarks, Mr. Camdessus points out key challenges in bridging the gap between rich and poor. This includes combining external support to developing countries with reform within those countries.
When making these remarks, Michel Camdessus was Managing Director and Chairman of the Executive Board of the International Monetary Fund.
