Abstract
This power point presentation by Synergos Senior Fellow and Senior Advisor, Shannon St. John, shows what strategic planning is essential for forming a sustainable community foundation, ie one that is operational, programmatic and can continue to accomplish its mission on an ongoing basis. She attributes the sustainability of the foundation to firstly focusing on the organizational sustainability and only then looking into financial mechanisms.
