Abstract
This background paper was prepared for the Synergos Twentieth Anniversary Reflection.
It provides an overview of Synergos' work studying studying bridging leadership and the efforts by the Asian Institute of Management to deepen this learning and provide training in bridging leadership through the Mirant Center for Bridging Divides.
