Why give to women and girls? Do women have a distinctive style of giving? What are the best strategies for promoting women's philanthropic leadership?
This article presents discussion of these issues from a workshop on women and philanthropy hosted by the Global Philanthropists Circle in New York City in May 2007. It also presents a selection of resources on women and philanthropy that are available online.
