Abstract
Bridging leadership is a style of leadership that focuses on creating and sustaining effective working relationships among key partners and stakeholders. By "bridging" different perspectives and opinions often found across the breadth of different stakeholders, a common agenda can begin to be developed and shared in order to solve social and economic problems.
This seminar is a three-day interactive learning experience designed to enable participants to achieve three learning objectives:
+ Increased understanding of the critical role of collaborative leadership in bridging societal divides
+ Better understanding of their own leadership attributes and challenges
+ Beginning of development of the capacities needed to build and sustain collaboration
and partnership.
It includes a set of tools and resources that correspond to the seminar's three-day structure, which we invite you to follow or modify according to context and culture. All documents are available in PDF format. Additionally, many documents have duplicate, editable Word and Excel versions.
