Abstract
This paper begins to address the subject of strategic philanthropy by examining the experience of four foundations in two countries of Southeast Asia- the Philippines and Indonesia. It offers insight into the development strategies of the foundations in order to promote further discussion about strategic philanthropy in the global context.
