Abstract
Mr. Malloch Brown talks about the importance of democracy, good governance and more inclusive international cooperation -- involving not only governments and intergovernmental agencies but also business and civil society -- in creating a better world.
At the time of these remarks, he was Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme.
