Abstract
This is a case study on optimizing official development assistance (ODA) funding in Southeast Asia. It is part of the continuing effort of The Synergos Institute to make foundations more effective channels
of ODA funds. The study offers both ODA agencies and foundations directions and ideas for building effective partnerships.
This case study was made possible by the generous support of the Sasakawa Peace Foundation.
