Organizational Profile

Mission/description |
The Century Foundation has sponsored and supervised research on economic, social, and political issues. Our underlying philosophy is one that regards government as an instrument, not an enemy, of the people, as a means of facilitating, in the words of our bylaws, "the improvement of economic, industrial, civic, cultural, and educational conditions." TCF is strictly nonpartisan, but not neutral. We believe in the power of progressive, well-reasoned, well-researched ideas. |
