Rajash Sarin
Rajash Sarin is Director, Synergos Services. He is developing and implementing Synergos’ offerings to global companies seeking to create sustainable business solutions in emerging markets.
Rajash’s previous experiences include several years working with leading corporate and financial institutions as a management consultant across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa where he advised clients across a range of industries on areas ranging from growth and M&A strategy, to value chain optimization and reorganization. He also specialized on financial and operational due diligence, financial modeling and valuation, having started his career in investment banking.
Rajash’s passion for international development started during a gap year after university when he spent six months raising funds and then building a local school in a remote village, without running electricity or water, in northern India. Most recently he worked as a fellow for LGT Venture Philanthropy where he was an advisor and consultant to Husk Power Systems in Bihar, India. Rajash looks forward to not only supporting Synergos’ clients on private sector international development but also leading our efforts on impact investing.
Born and raised in England, he holds a BA from Oxford University in Philosophy, Politics and Economics, an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MPA from The Kennedy School at Harvard University. He is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of Hindi.
