Jürgen Griesbeck

Jürgen believes in the power of football for positive social change and that only as a team we will be able to address the most pressing challenges. He founded streetfootballworld (www.streetfootballworld.org) in 2002. At the heart of everything streetfootballworld does is a global network - close to 100 community-based organizations in more than 50 countries worldwide which use soccer to tackle issues ranging from HIV/AIDS education and gender equality to homelessness, gang violence and landmines. The network members are local organizations run by local people.
