Jessica Dolan

Jessica Dolan, Senior Coordinator, Executive Office, joined Synergos in January 2007. Her areas of responsibilities include providing direct support for the work of the President as well as organization wide duties such as planning for all staff events, facilities related issues, insurance, travel programs and supplies.

Prior to joining Synergos she spent one year teaching English in South Korea as a Fulbright grantee where she served as the only foreign faculty member in a Korean public high school working to develop and apply a curriculum aimed at improving the conversational abilities and confidence of Korean students. After completing her grant year, she stayed on in South Korea to train the incoming teaching grantees in a six week intensive orientation program, working closely with Fulbright Executive staff. Before her time in South Korea she served as an intern in the Connecticut public school system as an English as a Second Language instructor and also in Santiago de Chile as a teaching volunteer with Ingles Abre Puertas, a program under the Chilean Ministry of Education. She holds a BA in International Studies and Spanish and minors in Economics and Latin and Caribbean Studies from Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut. Jessica speaks Spanish and Korean.
