Abigail Smith
Abigail Smith, Senior Director of Finance and CFO, joined Synergos in May 2009.
Most recently, Ms. Smith served as Regional Manager for the Clinton Foundation HIV/AIDS Initiative in West Africa. In this role, Ms. Smith managed programs and operations focused primarily on supporting the public health systems in several countries to improve and expand pediatric care and treatment. Prior to this Ms. Smith spent five years as Director of Finance and Administration at Doctors of the World (now HealthRight), a health and human rights organization. Her background includes corporate and nonprofit management experience, both international and domestic.
Ms. Smith holds an MBA degree from the University of Chicago as well as a Masters degree in art history.
